About these Web Pages
Web team page for announcements and contacts.
Welcome
Welcome to the St. Alexander Catholic School Web Site. The school has chosen to create a site for the people and by the people of St. Alexander School. What that means is that the groups that have information to share with the school community will have access to this web site to send their message. Administration, teachers, and school organizations will directly post their information here for all to see. In addition, this site will offer another way to contact teachers and adminstration. The goal is to have this web site become the central source for information from or to the school. We have developed a Web Page Content Policy to guide web contributers and mainatain consistency. We also have a privacy policy.
This work has been the volunteer effort from a team of parents and alumni. The Web Team consists of Steve Jacks, Kathy Kelly, Lori McNamara, John Riordan and Joe Neilly. The team worked hard over the summer to create the policies, software, artwork, and training for this system to work. This project was also done at no cost to the school through the use of open code, free software, existing hardware, and time and effort by the Web Team.
Is this new system perfect? We doubt it, but we need you input to know for sure. If you see a problem or mistake, let us know through the email link below. We want to make this as perfect as we can. On the other hand, if you see something you really like, tell us that too. We like to know when we are doing something well. To contact us click on the "Web Team" link below and send an email to the team.
What is the log in for? The log in is for people who add content to the web pages. These are volunteers from the various school organizations. We refer to these volunteers as content editors and our editors follow the Web Page Content Policy. Most of the public does not have log in access to these pages. Click here if you are interested in becoming a web page editor.
We hope you find these pages helpful. Thanks for spending your time on our pages.
